Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 June 2026
Beta & not for clinical use: SightTrack is beta software supplied for evaluation and testing only. It is not a medical device and is not approved for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or production use.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SightTrack change-detection evaluation tool and the SightTrack Console service (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Evaluation Use Only

The Service is provided for internal evaluation and testing. You must not use its output to inform clinical decisions, diagnosis, or patient care, and you must not represent it as a validated or regulated medical device.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Access requires a valid SightTrack API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity carried out under it. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Patient Data & Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consent before submitting images or patient identifiers, and for complying with applicable data protection and healthcare regulations. Patient identifiers are pseudonymised on your device before transmission, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Results may be incomplete or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SightTrack and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any clinical, financial, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by SightTrack and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for evaluation only.

8. Suspension & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SightTrack operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Specify governing jurisdiction.]
